All orders placed Monday – Friday are subject to a 24 - 48 hour processing time; however, we will endeavour to ship all orders that arrive to us before 2pm on that same day. If an order is placed on a Saturday or Sunday it will be sent out the following Monday (excluding bank holidays). No International Shipping.

Delivery fees are based upon price range, weight, and location. Free shipping is included with all UK Mainland orders (3 - 4 working days). A £3 charge is required for all offshore UK Mainland destinations including the Scottish Highlands. This is to cover for a 1st class or tracked service depending on the size and value of the item.

Aerosols and Paints cannot and will not be shipped to offshore UK Mainland destinations as these are classed as Dangerous Goods by the International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO).

Express shipping is available at an additional cost. A 24hr or 48hr option is available at checkout.

We are not responsible for delivery delays by carrier.

Due to the high value of some of our products, a delivery signature may be required.

Failed Delivery/Return to Sender:

If your package can not be delivered due to given incorrect shipping address and/or phone number, the package will be returned to us at the customer's expense.

If the receiver is absent for all delivery attempts, the package may be held at the local shipping company's centre for pickup. If the customer fails to pick up the package for any reason, the package may be returned to us at the customer's expense.

Lost shipments and stolen packages from doorsteps/mailboxes are not the responsibility of The Little DIY Store and claims must be made by the customer to the appropriate carrier.

Damaged/Opened Box:

If you receive you package and it is damaged or opened, please take a photo before checking the contents inside. In this instance please contact us at sales@thelittlediystore.co.uk

We are not responsible for damaged/missing items cause by the carrier, but we will do out upmost to resolve any issues for you.
