Euro cylinder locks are easy to remove and replace. Ideal in cases where keys have been lost or a new home has been purchased.

Removing and Sizing:
To work out which lock size your require, firstly remove your existing lock (there are plenty of tutorials online which show you how to do this - the job is very simple and only requires a cross-head screwdriver). Once removed find a ruler and measure the distance from the centre of the cam (the bit in the centre of the lock that swings around - do not measure from either side of the cam, the measurement has to be taken from its central point) to each end of the lock (the bits where you put your key in). Write these measurements down and then order your lock. 

For example... you will need to order a 35 x 35mm lock if either end of the barrel is 35mm away from the centre of the cam.
