Returns...

Goods may be returned back to us providing they are still in their original, unopened packaging. Labels must still be attached and the item should be in ‘as new’ condition. You must notify us via email (sales@thelittlediystore.co.uk) or in writing within 7 days of receiving your goods. Please provide your order number and give a brief explanation for the return. Once we have acknowledged your reason for return please send the goods back to us within 7 days. Upon return the cost of the goods will be credited back to you*. This usually takes between 2-3 working days.

Proof of postage should also be obtained in case goods are lost in transit.

If items have been ordered in error then costs incurred in posting the returned item are the responsibly of the customer and not that of The Little DIY Store LTD.

Any goods listed in our clearance / special offers are non-refundable.

In the unlikely event of you receiving Faulty or Damaged Goods you will NOT be responsible for the cost of returning. We will agree with you the best way of returning the goods. Please inspect your goods for damage within 7 days of receiving.

*PLEASE NOTE: Any goods returned to us as Faulty/Damaged will be checked upon their return. If the product(s) is deemed to be in working order you will be charged for carriage costs and this will be deducted from your full refund amount.

We understand goods may need to be returned for a number of reasons, we aim to make this as hassle free as possible.
